About
I’ve always had the biggest passion for all things health and wellness. This passion of mine exploded further in high school, when I discovered bodybuilding, and started researching nutrition on my own. I became amazed at how much exercise and nutrition could impact one’s physical and mental performance.
This propelled me to want to continue to learn about nutrition. I went on to obtain my Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition at Illinois State University with a specialization in Health and Wellness Coaching.
Soon after, I became a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I now specialize in providing fitness and nutrition education and coaching.
I currently work as a Health Coach in the field of Nutrition Research & Preventive Medicine.
